Buildings that don’t exist can not generate TIF?

Buildings that don’t exist can’t pay to cover Bond payments.

In 2015, taxpayers were “guaranteed” that buildings would be built, and Mayor Brainard borrowed money based on that guarantee.

In 2019, those buildings don’t exist.

The question becomes:

How much TIF is paid by buildings that don’t exist, and whether our elected officials are enforcing those alleged “guarantees.”
