In 2015, taxpayers were “guaranteed” that buildings would be built, and Mayor Brainard borrowed money based on that guarantee.
In 2019, those buildings don’t exist.
The question becomes:
How much TIF is paid by buildings that don’t exist, and whether our elected officials are enforcing those alleged “guarantees.”
