Did Jim Brainard fail to report Thousands of dollars in gifts on Statement of Economic Interest?

What happened to Barnes and Thornburg professional fees for Campaign Finance Report refilings in 2018?

Brainard was still trying to iron out the following mess from where he donated in excess of $170,000 to his 5 Council Candidates and his chosen pick for Clerk-Treasurer.

The charges did not appear on the Campaign Finance Report (CFR) so if they are not on the Statement of Economic Interest he has violated the Law either committing fraud in his CFR’s or he has falsely prepared a government document.

If Mayor Brainard did not commit fraud then Ron Miller, Barnes and Thornburg committed serious malpractice when he agreed to fill out the CFR by Mayor Brainard’s Campaign Checkbook and then proceeded to make up entries for expenditures that were non-existent on the dates he specified. The Mayor then committed an illegal act when he signed the inaccurate documents.
