So what happened to Mayor Romeo Brainard after he was kept from roamin’ in Rome?
He took a 5-day sidetrip to Stuttgart to run up the frequent flyer miles?
Ostensibly in Stuttgart to attend the GIZ and ICLEI workshop as you can see here of the approximately 40 attendees, including the Mayor, he did not feel there was anyone important enough to be seen with and he did not make the group photo.
